Pricing
-All of the prices listed in our catalogues are calculated for wholesale orders of over $200.
-For orders less than $200, catalogue prices plus 35% will apply.
-Listed prices do not include applicable taxes.
-Prices are subject to change at any time.

Payment
-Prices are F.O.B. nursery, Agassiz, B.C. unless otherwise agreed in writing.
-First time customers must pay in full at time of order confirmation. If using a personal cheque, we reserve the right to hold stock until payment clears.
-Generally accounts are due and payable on receipt of invoice and become overdue 30 days from date of shipment or pick-up.
-A 2% per month service charge, 29.4% per annum, is applied to overdue accounts.
-We currently accept payment in cash, certified cheque, money order, or personal cheque.

Grade and Warranty
-All stock is graded according to the "Guide Specifications for Nursery Stock" set by the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association.
-We guarantee that our stock is alive, in good condition, and true to name upon leaving the nursery. If proven otherwise we will replace the stock, or credit the purchaser's account, at our own discretion.
-We give no warranty as to the productiveness of any stock sold.
-Liability in all cases is limited to the payment originally received for the stock sold.

Labelling
-Due to the nature of our business, we do not individually label our stock. However, labelling may be available upon request for an additional cost.

Force Majeure
-Orders are accepted without liability and subject to availability, crop conditions, hail, frost, flood, fire, labour shortages, transportation delays, or other causes beyond our control.
-In the event of any such circumstances, customers will be notified immediately.

Shipping
-Packing and Shipping are charged at cost.
-Delivery in our own trucks may be provided at cost to lower mainland destinations depending upon order size, distance of delivery, and availability of truck.
-All goods ship at purchaser's risk and expense. Once goods are passed on to shippers, we no longer hold any resposibility for the goods.
-Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at the nursery, however we must be notified 48 hours before pick up. Please ensure you bring the appropriate transportation, tarps, and rope to protect the plants during travel.
-We only offer shipping inside Canada.

Claims
-Nursery stock should be inspected by the purchaser on receipt.
-All claims must be received, in writing, within ten days of receipt of stock.

Cancellation
-Cancellation of orders must be in writing and accepted by Birch Grove Nursery.
-Orders cancelled within 48 hours of the agreed upon date of shipping or pick-up are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Returns
-Returns are not accepted.
